"Great item but shipping was quick..."
Really liked the item and the shipping was super fast, but my son only wore his onesie once and now the whole design is pretty much gone. It's a bummer to spend so much when the prints fade so quickly.

"It's been nearly a month since I ordered..."
I made my purchase nearly a month back and still haven't gotten it. USPS has had it marked as pre-shipment (items not sent) for more than a week now. I'm really let down by the customer service from this company!!

Even though the website has a few glitches at the moment, like some broken links that make it tough to shop on my phone, I absolutely adore BabySwag! Their clothing is just fantastic!

Great products and solid deals, but I've run into issues twice where they charged me for something that was out of stock and didn’t ship it. Had to track them down to get my money back.

I found the shipping to be super efficient and the packaging was great! I'm really pleased with the product (cake topper); it’s just what I was hoping for. Can't wait to see it on my daughter's first birthday cake!!! 🎂

"Had to check on my shipment, bags fell apart upon opening??"
I had to reach out about the shipping status, especially since I paid extra for a rush delivery. You'd expect some sort of update when it ships, right? On top of that, a lot of the bags split at the seams when I opened them, which was super disappointing. I could only use one pack because I didn’t have the time to re-glue every single bag to make sure they stayed shut. Overall, not great, but I gotta say, they were pretty cute bags.

ITEM ARRIVED LOOKING FRESH BUT THE BUTTON WAS DAMAGED. I SPENT A FAIR AMOUNT ON THE OUTFIT AND REALLY DIG IT, BUT I WAS BUMMED THAT THE BUTTON SHOWED UP BROKEN AND RETURNS AREN'T AN OPTION. I REALLY LIKE THE CLOTHING ON THIS SITE, SO I'LL GIVE THEM ANOTHER SHOT NEXT TIME AND HOPEFULLY, THE NEXT ITEM ISN'T FLAWED.
